Luke Dean Holmes is being sought on a charge of Theft in the First Degree.

Holmes first came to the attention of deputies when he was accused of stealing wrapped gifts from a wedding party in 2011. He role in that crime was never proved, but the investigation revealed that he allegedly stole his roommate’s Xbox and sold it at a pawn shop.

Holmes is 22 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

I would like this taken down please. I was cleared of all charges, I was not even in the state of Oregon at the time of the wedding.
I hold a VP role at my place of work and I would hate for someone to stubble across this and us loose business over this.
