James Michael Darr is wanted on a charge of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
In June 2008, Darr towed a 1970s Chevy station wagon to a wrecking yard and sold it as scrap. The car's owner called the wrecking yard and said the car had been towed from a parking lot without authorization. Darr claimed he had purchased the vehicle from a man named “Tony,” but he could not produce any of the required paperwork.
Darr is 40 years old. He is white, stands 5-foot-11 and weighs 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair.
