Kit Randolph Sleeper is wanted on a charge of Possession of Heroin.
Arrested in 2008 for shoplifting at Home Depot, Sleeper was discovered to be carrying heroin. In July, he violated his probation then failed to appear for his arraignment. The judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Sleeper is 60 years old. He is white, stands 6 feet and weighs 150 pounds. He has grey eyes and brown-and-grey hair.
