Hi,
I recently recruited a friend into heroes using the "recruit a friend" link because I figured having Raynor from the get go and Sylvanas at level 10 would be cool for them. But so far they have not received the login rewards. They accepted the invitation and we made sure it's our right accounts. They got the message to claim the rewards in-game. They are under level 5. We both use the EU server. They logged in to the game. What else can I do to fix this issue?
Please help.
