Last Location Seen: Waitsfield, VT
On 10/18/06, Donald Messier (age 34) of Waterbury Center was reported missing by family members to the Vermont State Police. Messier was last seen at a party in Waitsfield in the early morning hours of Sunday 10/15/06. Messier did not return to work on Monday and has not contacted friends or family members since that date. He was last seen wearing blue jeans with a plaid black and blue button up type shirt. He was driving a red 1997 Ford F-150 pick up truck with NASCAR number displayed in the rear window. The truck was displaying VT registration BGG890.
Messier has been reportedly depressed and suicidal. Family members are concerned that he might intend to harm himself; however, there is no information to suggest that he is a threat to the public. There is also no information to suggest foul play at this time.
