St. Albans police search for shooting suspect ST. ALBANS, Vt. - Peter Costes is still trying to figure out what sent his tenant into a violent tailspin. "You name it. Everything bothers her," he said. Costes rents space attached to his auto sales business to Elizabeth Harrington, 48. He says the Tennessee woman and her adult son have only lived there for 30 days. But Wednesday afternoon his business was interrupted by gunfire. "She produced a small caliber handgun. Fired a shot through the door," St. Albans Police Chief Gary Taylor said. Donald Conn was waxing his car in the parking lot. "I started walking toward the shop and all of a sudden I heard a bang. It was loud and a friend of mine was standing over next to my truck and I said what was that? And he said that was a gun and she's waving it. And I just took off running," Conn said. www.wcax.com/story/18718914/st-albans-schools-locked-down
